A typical grade of fabric used by an OEM would be 12 - 14oz weight, whereas we manufacture our replacement awnings out of 18oz vinyl.

We HIGHLY recommend having us insert awning cord into the hem of your new awning, as this will allow the replacement fabric we make to slide back into the roller channel on your awning drum and to the channel on the side of your RV.
